Sustainability Management
The Sustainability Management, which has been appointed and had its roles and responsibilities approved at a Board of Directors meeting, consists of the following members:

The roles and responsibilities of the Sustainability Management are as follows:

Establish policies, operational guidelines, and budgets for environmental and social initiatives for sustainable development, to be presented annually to the Board of Directors for approval.

Supervise and monitor the implementation of work plans by the Board of Directors and the Sustainability Management in alignment with the established policies and goals. Additionally, ensure that the Sustainability Management holds regular meetings at least once a year.

Report on the progress and performance to the Board of Directors regularly following the meetings of the Sustainability Management.

Evaluate the performance of the Sustainability Management, review and suggest any changes regarding the roles and responsibilities of the committee, and report to the Board of Directors. Additionally, carry out other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
